Before we schedule
Provide the year, make, model, and which glass is damaged. We may request the VIN and photos to identify the correct part and equipment. Tell us about cameras, a head-up display, previous leaks, or a window that does not operate correctly.
Give the actual service address and explain whether it is a driveway, workplace lot, or another location. If someone else controls the parking area, arrange permission for work there.
Prepare the space
- Use an accessible parking area with room around the vehicle.
- Keep children and pets away from the work area.
- Remove personal items that obstruct access inside the vehicle.
- Tell us about gates, parking restrictions, or limited overhead clearance.
Do not move a vehicle with unsafe damage just to reach a preferred parking spot. Discuss the situation with us first. Weather and site conditions may require a different appointment plan or work at the shop.
Keep time available after installation
The technician’s arrival window, installation time, and vehicle release time are separate parts of the schedule. A replacement may need an adhesive waiting period and required ADAS recalibration. Do not plan to drive away the moment the glass is placed.
We offer in-shop and mobile calibration where the vehicle procedure and location allow it. We will discuss those requirements when planning the replacement.
Know what to ask afterward
Confirm when the vehicle may be driven, which aftercare instructions apply, and how to contact us with a concern. Windshields we replace also receive free rock chip repairs for life on that windshield when future damage is repairable.
