Materials and workmanship
Our automobile glass warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. We provide a two-year warranty on the installation of rear slider glass, regulators, and other mechanical parts installed by valueGLASS.
That distinction matters. A regulator is a mechanical component, and rear slider installation has its own stated coverage. A general “lifetime” headline should not erase those details.
Windshield repair guarantee
Our published windshield repair guarantee covers the repaired portion against cracking further. If you are dissatisfied, we credit the repair cost toward replacement. Contact us so we can inspect the concern and discuss the applicable next step.
A repair can leave a visible mark. Treating the damaged area does not turn previously chipped glass into untouched glass, and the repair guarantee is separate from an unrelated new impact elsewhere on the windshield.
Free rock chip repairs for life
When valueGLASS replaces your windshield, we provide free rock chip repairs for life on that windshield. New damage must still be suitable for repair. This benefit does not mean free future windshield replacements or coverage for every kind of break.
Keep your service paperwork and let us know that we installed the windshield when you contact us about a new chip. We can check the damage and help identify the applicable benefit.
How to raise a concern
Call 360-932-3297 with the vehicle, approximate service date, and a description of the issue. Photos can help. Tell us about leaks, unusual wind noise, a changing repair, or a mechanical problem without trying to reseal or dismantle the area yourself.
We will assess the concern against the work performed and its coverage. You can also contact valueGLASS online. Clear follow-up is part of knowing who did the work and who to call afterward.
