How valueGLASS Helps With Your Auto Glass Insurance Claim

Auto Glass Insurance Claims

You should not have to become an insurance expert to arrange a windshield repair. valueGLASS helps Kitsap County customers work through the glass claim process while keeping the repair itself understandable.

We are the local, independent shop doing the glass work. Our role is to explain what your vehicle needs, help coordinate the claim, and make the next steps clear. Your insurer determines coverage under your policy.

Start with the vehicle and the damage

Call with the year, make, model, VIN, and a description of the damaged glass. If you already have a claim number, have it ready. If you have not opened a claim, tell us which insurer you use so we can help you understand how to get started.

Photos can help identify the panel and damage, especially for side glass, back glass, and sunroofs. We may still need an inspection before confirming whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

Understand what you would pay

Ask about the deductible that applies to the specific claim and whether the insurer treats chip repair differently from replacement. A policy’s comprehensive deductible is not automatically the amount charged for every glass service.

Our self-pay rock chip repair price is $39.95. That gives you a concrete price to consider alongside any covered repair option. For a replacement, we provide a quote for the vehicle and the work it requires rather than relying on a broad online cost range.

If deductible assistance applies to your job, we explain it clearly. We do not promise that every policy, loss, or repair will leave you with no out-of-pocket cost.

You can name the shop you want

Washington law recognizes your right to choose a glass repair facility for a motor vehicle glass loss. If you want valueGLASS, say so when the claim is opened. See RCW 48.30.340 for the state’s glass repair choice provision.

A referral to another provider does not explain your full policy or repair options. If a claim conversation is confusing, write down the claim number and what was said, then contact us for help with the glass-service details.

Coordinate the complete repair

Same-day service is available at valueGLASS. We identify the correct glass, coordinate any required claim approval, and plan installation and calibration when applicable. Call to confirm an opening and the schedule for your vehicle.

Our insurance claim service page explains how to contact the team. Call 360-932-3297 and tell us whether your claim is already open. We will help you move from a damaged windshield to a clear repair plan.
